Consistency: Runny on the outer edges, firmer in the middle.
Taste: Delicious.
Recommended: Yes.
Serve with: Baguette.
Comments: Great packaging.

Cheese of the Week #1

I was living and studying in Normandy, France - 16,000km from home - during 2009. A French Safari now covers life after Exchange, graduation, and beyond.

I love to travel and take photos and sometimes do both at the same time, which is particularly dangerous on a bicycle.
